Another Successful Re-accrediation

Following our annual ITSSAR Accreditation visit, Monitor Grahame Tobin carrying out the assessment reports as follows:-

“SB Training have invested much time and financial resources developing and operating a state of the art system for the recording and storage of training records.  This involves instructors recording course results in hard copy using ITSSAR recommended documents, these records are then inspected for quality and accuracy by administrative staff and finally scanned into a system that also produces a certificate of basic training and operator’s badge.  The company is registered with the ICO and all required insurances are met.”

New Road & Street Works Act (NRSWA) Legislation Change

In April 2010 legislation changed for NRSWA, this is mandatory!!

In October 2010, re-assessments will be introduced for the Street Works scheme.  All operatives and supervisors whose cards are due to expire will have to renew their Street Works cards prior to 6th April 2011. This would involve either a three day assessment, or would require cardholders to take part in a five day practical NRSWA course to renew their card for a further 5 years.
